Response Time :

• For emergency service calls received prior to 12 noon , our technician will respond that day
• For remedial maintenance service calls received, our technician will respond the following day
• Please note: Annual Maintenance Contracts are limited to (1) hour of Operating System Support per PC for All Microsoft Operating Systems
